- Marine & Dredging
The steel a marine contractor buys.
You dredge, lay cable, place rock, install wind farms and build at sea. We fabricate the steel you need to do it: to your drawings, trial-assembled in our works, packed and shipped from Gujarat. We do not operate vessels. We make what goes on them and under them.

Steel for dredgers and their pipelines
A dredger wears out steel. Ladders, spuds, pipes and chutes are rebuilt or replaced through the life of the vessel. We fabricate them to your drawings and ship them ready to fit.
- Spuds, spud carriages and spud guides
- Suction and discharge pipe lengths, bends and Y-pieces
- Hopper overflow structures and wear-lined chutes
- Backhoe pontoon structures and modular barge sections
Secondary steel and sea-fastening for wind farms
Every monopile and transition piece carries platforms, ladders and boat landings, and every load-out needs frames to hold the cargo at sea. This is repeat work, and we build it in series.

Pile Manipulators
- Sea-fastening for transition pieces and towers
- Pile gripper and upending frames
- Anode cages and J-tube supports
- Lifting and spreader frames
Blocks and outfitting for floating foundations
A floating foundation is assembled at a yard from large steel blocks. We have not built one yet. We are equipped to fabricate the blocks, the outfitting and the yard aids to your design.
- Stiffened panels and sub-assemblies to your block breakdown
- Mooring and fairlead foundations, chain stopper supports
- Assembly cradles, skidding beams and load-out grillages
Frames for cable lay and seabed work
Cable and rock vessels are mission-equipped for each project. The frames that carry that equipment are fabricated steel, usually needed fast. We build them to your drawings.
- Tensioner bases
- Cable chutes, quadrants and roller highways
- Reels and reel stands
- Trencher and plough frames
Jack-ups, jackets and the steel between platforms
This is the work we know best. We have built jack-up legs, jacking unit structures and leg wells in our own bay, and we fabricate jackets, modules and bridges to design.

Marine Loading Platforms
- Grillages, sea-fastening and load-spreading beams
- Skid shoes and skid beams
- Transport saddles and cradles
- Fender frames, dolphin steelwork and quay furniture
Moulds for breakwater armour units
Breakwaters are built from thousands of identical concrete units. We make the steel moulds they are cast in, not the units. Ours are approved by the licensor of the Accropode unit.
- Moulds for other armour units, to the licensor’s drawing
- Formwork for caissons, quay walls and crown walls
From your drawing to your quay.
- Send the drawingA general arrangement or a sketch with sizes and loads is enough to start.
- We detail itOur engineers make the shop drawings and a 3D model, and agree the weld and inspection plan with you.
- We fabricate itCNC cutting and drilling, rolling to 40 mm, robotic and submerged-arc welding, under ISO 9001, EN 1090 and EN ISO 3834-3.
- We prove itTrial assembly in our bay, with your inspector present if you wish, before blasting and painting.
- We ship itPacked for sea in frames we design ourselves. We already export large structures to the USA.
What we do not do: we do not design vessels, operate them or install offshore. Where a product needs a class or code approval, tell us which and we will say plainly whether we hold it.
