A wind fence round a ground flare

The burners sit in the lower structure; the fence stands round its outer edge so outside air does not strike them directly. For us it is part of the ground flare package.

Girts and bracing

Channel girts at every level and rod bracing in alternate bays, drilled to match the posts.

Profiles the market does not stock

The lower panels needed a roll-formed profile nobody had on the shelf. We developed a roll-forming supplier to make it, fast.

Light gauge, fitted accurately

Louvres and cladding are light fabrication, made in a dedicated light-fabrication facility and fitted to the heavy structure to the same tolerance.
