Mumbai-Pune Missing Link: 1,000 T of pylon anchor boxes for India’s longest road cable-stayed bridge
60 pylon anchor box assemblies of 18 T each, delivered to Afcons for the Tiger Valley cable-stayed bridge, inaugurated on Maharashtra Day 2026.
Allmarc proudly contributed one of the most critical structural systems to the Mumbai–Pune Missing Link Project, delivered to Afcons Infrastructure and recently inaugurated on Maharashtra Day 2026. This landmark development features India's longest road cable-stayed bridge at Tiger Valley.
With over 1,000 T of Pylon Anchor Box Assemblies fabricated by Allmarc, the project highlights our capability to manufacture highly engineered load-transfer systems that form the backbone of modern cable-stayed bridge infrastructure.
The successful execution of these critical assemblies demanded precision heavy fabrication, profile bending, extensive stud welding, high-quality welding, stringent geometry control, rigorous quality assurance and comprehensive inspection processes to meet the demanding requirements of this safety-critical structure.
This achievement demonstrates Allmarc's expertise in delivering complex infrastructure components where precision, reliability and structural integrity are paramount.
