Height is the number of sections you stack.

A stack leaves our works in flanged shipping sections that bolt together on site. Add sections and it is taller; change the riser diameter and it carries more gas. The model shows one arrangement. Yours is fabricated to your process data sheet.

A self-supported flare stack

Riser, liquid seal, piping and access, fabricated to the licensor’s design and assembled in our works. Our first pressure-part order, with the welding procedures qualified in house.

Rolled, stepped sections

Shell sections rolled and welded to qualified procedures, stepping down in diameter and wall through conical reducers as the stack rises.

Flanged inside the shipping limit

Sections are built within the 12 m shipping limit, flanged both ends, match-drilled and hard-stamped for the rebuild on site.
