The project

Accropode units interlock on the breakwater, so every unit must have the same shape. The mould is what guarantees it.

What we made
  • Design detailing
  • Mould skins and stiffeners
  • Machined parting flanges
  • Fixtures and prototype casting
How we built it

We were the third company to develop an Accropode mould in house; a further set of 2 to 16 m³ followed, delivered in a month.
