Allshore is our Ringlock shoring for heavy slabs and decks: 65 mm verticals in YST 310 steel in the 10 T load class, tied in both directions and braced on every face.
Verticals come in 5 lengths from 1 m to 3 m. The grid spacing is set by the ledger length you order. The model shows a table of 2 by 2 bays at 1.5 m, 3 m high, under beams and a plywood soffit.
Scroll: the camera moves to each part in turn and ends on the exploded view. Drag to turn it round yourself.

The verticals are 65 mm pipe, 3.2 mm thick, in YST 310 steel. The larger pipe gives the strength and stiffness that shoring needs.
Used here for: 65 mm verticals

Laser-cut rosettes are welded every 500 mm by robot, so every vertical is the same.

Ledgers are 48.3 mm pipe with investment-cast connectors. A captive wedge locks each end with one hammer blow.

Diagonal braces on all 4 faces carry sideways load to the ground.

Base jacks take up uneven ground. U-head jacks at the top carry the primary beams and set the soffit level.

Primary beams sit in the U-heads, secondary beams cross them, and the plywood soffit goes on top.
